One-on-One Counselling Session
Service Description
1-to-1 counselling offers you a dedicated, confidential space to talk openly about what’s going on in your life. It is a time that is solely yours, to be listened to without judgement, interruption, or pressure to have everything figured out. In our sessions, we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. You may come with something specific you want to understand or change, or simply with a sense that life feels difficult, overwhelming, or stuck. Whatever you bring is welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Payment for each session to be made in advance by bank transfer to XXXX account. Full session rate will be charged if the session is cancelled by you the client within 24 hours of the appointment time. No charge will be due if the counsellor cancels the session (adequate notice will be given in this case)
