Support for Every Step

Find Me Time
Counselling
Sometimes life feels loud, relentless, or quietly overwhelming. You might be coping on the outside while struggling on the inside, unsure where to put everything you’re carrying.
Find Me Time Counselling is a space to pause, breathe, and begin to make sense of things, at your own pace.
I’m Caroline Yeandle, a trainee psychotherapist and integrative counsellor offering in-person, face-to-face counselling and online sessions.
I work with adults and teenagers who want a confidential, compassionate space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, without judgement, pressure, or expectations.
A space that meets you where you are
People come to counselling for many reasons. You don’t need to have the “right” words, a clear goal, or a crisis to begin. You just need a sense that something isn’t quite right, or that you deserve some time that is truly yours.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can:
-
Talk freely and be genuinely heard
-
Explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns safely
-
Make sense of past experiences and present challenges
-
Develop greater self-understanding and resilience
This is your time. We go at a pace that feels right for you.

How I Work
My name is Caroline Yeandle
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from different therapeutic approaches including Transactional Analysis, tailoring our work to you as an individual rather than fitting you into a fixed model. This means our sessions are responsive, flexible, and shaped by what you bring.
At the heart of my work is a trusting, collaborative relationship, one where you feel safe enough to be open, curious, and honest, even about the things that feel difficult to say out loud.
I work with clients experiencing:
-
Anxiety and ongoing stress
-
Trauma and its lasting impact
-
Addiction and compulsive behaviours
-
Grief and loss
-
Relationship and family difficulties
-
Neurodiversity and identity
-
Low self-esteem and emotional overwhelm
You don’t have to face these things alone.

Counselling That fits your life
Counselling that fits your life
I offer:
-
In-person, face-to-face counselling in a comfortable, private setting
-
Online counselling, providing flexibility and accessibility wherever you are
Both options offer the same depth of care, confidentiality, and professional support.
What you might notice over time
Counselling isn’t about “fixing” you because you are not broken. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply and finding ways to live that feel more grounded, authentic, and manageable.
Over time, clients often notice:
-
Greater emotional clarity
-
Increased confidence and self-compassion
-
Healthier boundaries and relationships
-
A stronger sense of self
-
More space to breathe and reflect
Change doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful.
Taking the first step
Reaching out can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to managing everything on your own. If you’re considering counselling, you’re welcome to get in touch to ask questions or arrange an initial session.
Find Me Time Counselling is exactly that:
time to be heard, time to reflect, time to reconnect with yourself.
